A Word About Legal Fees
Choosing the right attorney is based upon a variety of factors. This is an important decision based upon the needs of the client, the experience of the attorney and ability to meet the client’s needs for a reasonable fee based upon the value of services provided.
We believe in a comprehensive assessment of the client’s needs and goals before quoting a fee. Therefore, we provide a complimentary review of your case in order to determine the legal issues and overall scope of work. To begin this process, simply complete a confidential questionnaire and return this information to us. We will promptly review this information at no charge to you. After reviewing the questionnaire, we will contact you to set up an initial consultation to discuss your situation, the legal issues involved, and the possible solutions. At the initial consultation, we will quote the fee for our services. We will follow up with a written engagement letter outlining the scope of work and the fee, which in many times can be done on a flat fee arrangement. If you choose not to engage our firm, there is no charge for the review of your questionnaire and the initial consultation and all information will be returned to you and remain confidential.
