Julian E. Gray, CELA
Julian is the founder of Julian Gray Associates and has provided assistance to a variety of clients and their families for over a decade in the areas of Medicaid planning, Veterans' Benefits and related Estate Planning and Tax issues. Julian is a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Shannon N. Christof, CELA
Shannon grew up in North Apollo, Pennsylvania. She enrolled in the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University where she graduated cum laude with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Philosophy.She was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honorary society and participated in the Dance Marathon, the largest national student-run philanthropy which raises funds for the Four Diamonds Pediatric Cancer Fund. Shannon received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Caitlin E. Harper, CELA
Caitlin grew up in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honorary society. She went on to work iitn the admissions department of a national skilled nursing facility, where her interest and experience in the area of Elder Law began. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.

Anna Borro Hays
Anna grew up in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and earned both her undergraduate degree in finance and her law degree from Duquesne University. She also received an LLM with first-class honors from the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland in Galway. As a graduate law student in Ireland, part of Anna's studies focused on access to and delivery of health care.

Colin Adair Morgan
Colin grew up in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Allegheny College, located in Meadville, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Music Performance (percussion). In his senior year, he was inducted into Phi Alpha Delta, an honorary fraternity recognizing outstanding community service. Colin's first experience in the law occurred while interning for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Max Baer during summer breaks from Allegheny College. Colin earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Duquesne University School of Law.

Mr. Petrich, a Mt. Lebanon, PA resident was the first attorney certified as an Elder Law attorney in Western Pennsylvania. This certification was granted by the National Elder Law Foundation to him in 1999.
Mr. Petrich has a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, which he obtained while working full time at Pitt’s Health Law Center and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public Health. He then received his Law Degree from Duquesne University while employed as Assistant Executive Director at West Penn Hospital, also serving as in-house counsel after obtaining his law degree. Mr. Petrich was then President and CEO of a 600 bed mid-western hospital, including a nursing home and psychiatric facility, before his return home to Pittsburgh.

Jennifer Rose
Jennifer grew up in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from Bethany College in Wheeling, West Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her time as an undergrad, Jennifer studied abroad in London, England, served as secretary of her college class and was president of the school's music society. She went on to work in the activities department of a non-profit skilled nursing facility and subsequently earned a Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Karen grew up in Youngstown, Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Nursing. Karen then received a certificate in Nurse Anesthesia from the St. Elizabeth Hospital School for Nurse Anesthetists. She received her juris doctor from the Ohio State University.

Courtney Bachik, Planning Specialist
Courtney is a Planning Specialist with Julian Gray Associates. She assists the attorneys with the eldercare and estate planning processes. Courtney works with clients to gather pertinent information essential to their specific plan, prepares estate planning documents, and keeps clients apprised to the status of their cases.
Courtney grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She values the confidence of our clients and continues to excel at assuring their understanding of their legal documents and overall importance to the firm.
Courtney currently resides in Moon Township and enjoys reading and the arts.
Tina Borello, Planning Specialist
Tina is a Planning Specialist with Julian Gray Associates and assists the attorneys with the eldercare and estate planning processes. She works with clients to gather pertinent information essential to their specific plan, prepares estate planning documents, and keeps clients apprised to the status of their cases.
Tina grew up in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. She has over fourteen years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining the Firm, Tina worked directly with the elderly as a settlement agent for a reverse mortgage lender at one of the largest and most experienced providers of transaction services to the U.S. mortgage and real estate industry. She enjoys working with the elderly and takes pride in client satisfaction.
Tina currently resides in Chippewa Township with her husband Mark and two children, Alexa and Mario.
Diana Danby, Client Coordinator and Planning Specialist
Diana is a Client Coordinator and Planning Assistant at Julian Gray Associates. Diana handles daily interaction with clients and their families as well as document preparation and related support services to the attorneys.
Diana has over two decades of experience in the legal field working as a liaison between attorneys and clients. She is skilled at composing legal documents and prides herself on being able to meet and exceed client satisfaction. Diana served as the Director of Sponsor Relations for the Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta ensuring contract fulfillment and sponsor satisfaction and was the Director of Advertising and Market Communications for a major communications company where she positioned the company for better exposure and greater marketability.
Diana resides in Robinson Township and enjoys cooking, scuba diving and spending time with family and friends.
Mary Klinefelter, Office Coordinator
Mary is the Office Coordinator for the Moon office. She is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties internally within the firm as well as interacting with clients on a daily basis. Mary coordinates the arrival of clients to the office and assists them with answering administrative questions relative to the consultations. Mary also manages document retention and works with the staff and attorneys to organize,prepare and maintain general functions to keep the firm running smoothly.
Prior to joining Julian Gray Associations, Mary worked as an Office Assistant for a Pediatrician’s office. She and her husband currently reside in Mt. Lebanon with their three daughters.
Amy Lanzarotta, Paralegal
Amy is a Paralegal at Julian Gray Associates concentrating in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters. Amy provides support to the firm's attorneys and clients in the Medicaid application process, probate and estate administration matters and a variety of Estate Planning contexts.
Amy D. Lanzarotta grew up in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. She has been working the legal field for over 19 years. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Amy went on to obtain her ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification as a Paralegal from Duquesne University's Paralegal Institute.
Amy and her husband Thomas live in Robinson Township. They enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel Livingston, Planning Specialist
Rachel is a Planning Specialist with Julian Gray Associates. She assists the attorneys with many aspects of the eldercare and estate planning processes and works closely with the clients to aid them throughout the entire process. Her involvement includes gathering pertinent information for the client's case and working to prepare legal documents specific to their individual plans. Rachel also works as a liaison between the client and attorney to facilitate any questions, and helps to keep the client current on their case.
Prior to joining Julian Gray Associates, Rachel worked for 10 years in the real estate and title industry. Rachel received an Associates degree in Foundations of Business from the University of Phoenix in April 2011. She is currently working on her Bachelors of Science (Human Resource Management) through the University of Phoenix. She values spending time with her family and friends.
Rhagan Moore, Client Coordinator
Rhagan is a Client Coordinator and Planning Specialist at Julian Gray Associates and has worked in our Elder Law Practice Group since 2006. Rhagan works closely with our clients requesting and gathering information for initial consultations and assisting with the preparation of Eldercare, Veterans Benefits and Estate Plans. She also acts as a liaison to communicate and provide status information between our attorneys and their clients.
Rhagan attended the University of Pittsburgh and Duff's Business Institute of Pittsburgh. She has an Associate Degree in Paralegal and Legal Studies. Rhagan began working in the legal field in 1992. Her background includes working as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant in a wide range of legal practice areas.
Rhagan lives in North Fayette Township with her husband Mike, their four children and the family dog.
Nicole Schohn, Planning Specialist and Office Coordinator
Nicole is a Planning Specialist and Office Coordinator for the South Hills Office. As a Planning Specialist, she assists the attorneys with many aspects of the eldercare and estate planning processes, by working with clients to gather pertinent information essential to their specific plan, and keeping clients apprised of the status of their cases.
As the Office Coordinator, Nicole coordinates the arrival of clients to the office and assists them with answering administrative questions relative to their consultations and handles various other administrative and clerical functions including document coordination.
Nicole graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2009. She has a wide range of client service and customer relations experience that support her responsibilities and role at Julian Gray Associates.
She is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Colby.
Erinn Sentner, Education and Outreach Coordinator
Erinn is the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the firm. Working out of our South Hills office she handles marketing materials and coordination of our informational seminars and related events.
Erinn graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA with a BA in Information Arts and a minor in Business. Erinn came to Julian Gray Associates as a client several years ago when her husband was diagnosed with degenerative dementia at the young age of 36. Erinn experienced firsthand the importance of planning and working with knowledgeable and experienced counsel. It was through this tragic experience that Erinn recognized of the need for others to learn about the benefits of planning. Erinn joins us to help convey our message so we can help others!

Deborah Slayton, Firm Administrator
Deborah grew up in Franklin Park Borough and currently resides in Moon Township. As Firm Administrator, Deborah is responsible for all administrative, operational and financial functions within the firm. She has over thirty years experience in executive management, operations, administration and client services.
Deborah graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual major Bachelor of Arts degree in business and communication with emphasis in accounting and psychology. She was on the Dean's list each semester that she attended college and a Delta Epsilon Sigma National Scholastic Honor Society Member, Alpha Psi Chapter.
While self-employed, Deborah continued to pursue educational development and ultimately received her Master of Science degree in Professional Leadership with concentration in training and development from Carlow College, now known as Carlow University.

Julieanna Stanziano, Paralegal and Administrative Assistant
Julieanna assists the attorneys and firm administrator at Julian Gray Associates. She helps maintain the daily workflow by working on administrative and accounting needs within the firm. She works directly with clients from the initial intake process to the preparation and execution of documents.
Julieanna graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kaplan University, with a Bachelors of Science in Paralegal Studies degree. While attending school, Julieanna was on the President's List, and member of the Kappa Lambda Honor Society and Paralegal Club. Julieanna, her fiancé Bryan, and their son Lucas reside in the South Side of Pittsburgh.
From its two offices in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, and Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, Julian Gray Associates serves clients in the greater Pittsburgh area and western Pennsylvania.
