Anna grew up in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and earned both her undergraduate degree in finance and her law degree from Duquesne University. She also received an LLM with first-class honors from the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland in Galway. As a graduate law student in Ireland, part of Anna's studies focused on access to and delivery of health care.

Before attending law school, Anna worked as a credit analyst at Chemical Bank, now Chase Manhattan Bank, in New York City. As a lawyer, Anna served as a law clerk for Judge Francis X. Caiazza (retired) in the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. More recently, she served as an assistant counsel at the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and at the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Professional

Anna is an associate attorney at Julian Gray Associates, concentrating in long term care planning issues, including public benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans' and social security, along with related tax planning.

Personal

Anna and her husband, Nick, reside in Pittsburgh and enjoy sports, concerts and long walks together.
